MONTERREY, N.L. — Destiny Navaira premiered the debut episode of her YouTube reality series, “Destiny Sin Fronteras,” this week on her YouTube channel.
The first episode of the bilingual series focuses on day one of Destiny’s weight loss journey, career, and life in Texas and Monterrey, Mexico, where she has lived for the past three years.
The Latin Grammy-nominated singer partnered with Monterrey-based medical and wellness company Health Sin Fronteras to document her adventures in life and music, along with her brother Rigo Navaira, to spread awareness of medical tourism.
“Since i was a little girl I’ve had this dream and now I invite you all to follow me on my journey with my health, career, and life as I strive to achieve my dream,” said Destiny.
Destiny Navaira received a Latin Grammy nomination for her solo sophomore album, “Dime Como Se Siente” last year and won three Tejano Music Awards, including Female Artist of the Year in 2021, and Best New Female Artist in 2016, adding Best New Group with Grupo Remedio the same year.
The next generation of the Navaira music legacy released a personal project in May that pays tribute to songs written by her father, Tejano icon Raulito Navaira. Las Letras de Mi Padre features iconic songs penned by Raulito, performed by her late uncle Emilio Navaira.
