Magali Delarosa continues to add to her film resume as the Rio Grande Valley singer and actress has been cast in an upcoming Amazon Prime feature film “Find Me.”
Delarosa portrays a police detective in the crime drama that was filmed in the RGV.
“I have a small part in the film. I got to play a detective,” Delarosa tells Tejano Nation.
The “Quiero Que Vuelvas” singer was scheduled for a day of filming but was asked to come back for multiple days for the film. “I said, ‘Of course, as many days as y’all want to give me, I’m there’,” added Delarosa. “It’s called ‘Find Me.’ It should be coming out very soon. I know it’s in the editing process and it will be on Amazon Prime.”
The talented singer, actress, and fashion designer was cast in previous films including the action movie “Fist of Justice” and the horror film “Ofrenda: Altar of the Dead” (post-production).
Delarosa released her fifth album, Mujer Mexicana, last month, which she declares is her best album ever from the three-time Tejano Music Awards nominee for Best New Female Artist in 2016, 2020, and 2022. She launched her own lip gloss line in 2021 called “Bésame Mucho”.
