Destiny Navaira Y Remedio took the stage at Jaime’s Place in San Antonio on Thursday night (March 16). During the show, Destiny showcased new music from her recent Latin Grammy-nominated album Dime Como Se Siente.
As a surprise, she invited fellow Latin Grammy nominee Isabel Marie Sanchez and the duo performed their rendition of “Qué Agonía,” the 2022 hit song recorded by Yuridia and Angela Aguilar.
“There’s so much room for everyone to shine to shine and the only way we’re all going to get to the level we need to be is to lift each other up,” said Navaira.
The two next-generation Tejano women received their first Latin Grammy nominations in 2022 and continue to fight for their place in the music world.
