SAN ANTONIO, TX — Legendary band The Latin Breed signs with M Group Music. The band, which celebrated 50 years in 2020, will record their first-ever live concert album this month at the Mexican Fiesta music festival in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on Sunday, Aug. 28.
“It’s an honor to welcome one of the most legendary bands to M Group Music,” said Jorge Marroquin, CEO/Owner of M Group Music, in a statement. “We have the privilege to be part of history as together we will be recording the first-ever ‘live’ album for The Latin Breed! Along with two brand new studio tracks.”
The first of those tracks is “Sientes Igual,” a song written by Latin Grammy winner Juan Treviño and multiple Grammy winner Gilbert Velasquez.
The Latin Breed bandleader Charlie Rodriguez said, “We are very excited to join the M Group Music family and looking forward to this live album recording in Milwaukee.”
The live album is expected to be released in mid-October.

Mexican Fiesta is the largest Mexican Hispanic festival in the midwest and returns to the Henry Maier Festival Park from Aug. 26-28 for three days of fun, food, music, and fiesta from noon to midnight. The event is produced by the Wisconsin Hispanic Scholarship Foundation, which provides scholarships to Hispanic students enrolled in Wisconsin faculties and universities that supply volunteer service for WHSF events and Mexican Fiesta. WHSF has provided over $1.8 million in scholarships to Hispanic Wisconsin residents since the foundation was created in 1987.
