
Today I’m going to be sharing with you how to make the best holiday dessert! Churro pumpkin cheesecake!
Let me tell you this dessert is seriously so easy and just perfect to share with all your loved ones hope you give it a try and enjoy it just as much! keep in mind like every recipe and every household, and there are tons of variations that make this delicious recipe, you can constantly adjust it to your taste; I hope you enjoy it as much as my family and I do.
Ingredients for 13×9 baking dish
- 2 8 oz crescent rolls
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Cheesecake mixture
- 16 oz Philadelphia cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs at room temperature
- 1/4 cup sour cream at room temperature
- 1 cup 100% pure pumpkin
- 2 tbsp AP flour
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Pinch salt
- 1 serving of love
Tip: Bake at 350 for 45 min – 1 hr depending on your oven! Allow to come to room temperature, refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hrs
