KSAB adds two more weekly airings of ‘Tejano Nation’ radio show

Corpus Christi's top-rated Tejano radio station now airs 'Tejano Nation' three times weekly.

iHeartMedia radio station KSAB Tejano 99.9 FM in Corpus Christi, Texas, has added two more weekly airings of Tejano Nation, the weekly national radio show syndicated by G Networks.

The show is now heard on Sunday mornings at 8 a.m. (CT) and Sunday evenings at 6 p.m. in addition to the station’s previous day and time of Saturday evening at 8 p.m. KSAB Tejano 99.9 can be heard online at ksab.iheart.com or via the iHeartRadio app.

KSAB Morning Show host and Assistant Program Director Danny Perez said: “We really like the upbeat energy of the show, as well as the way it keeps us informed with the latest trending information on artists and events. The Tejano Nation radio show really captures the heart of Tejano and is an important piece of our weekend lineup. We also air the daily (news) update on the morning show to keep our listeners informed with the latest info.”

The show originates from the Tejano Music Capital of the World, San Antonio, Texas.  Tejano Nation is a high-energy show hosted by Romeo featuring the most recognized mix show DJ in the genre: Jammin’ J Javi. The content is curated to engage the highly sought-after Hispanic radio listeners, who live and speak in both Spanish and English, with artists ranging from Michael SalgadoStefani MontielSiggnoElida Y AvanteAJ CastilloIntocable, and more.

Tejano Nation is currently airing in all the major markets in Texas, including La Caliente 105.3/102.5 Houston, KKLF Jalapeno 1700 AM Dallas-Fort Worth, KSAB Tejano 99.9 FM Corpus Christi, KLMO 98.9 FM San Antonio, KAMA 750 AM El Paso, Magic 106.5 FM Lubbock, Super Tejano 102.1 in McAllen-Brownsville, La Voz 93.3 FM in Abilene, and many more.
