Ramos of Plainview around 10:19 pm Sunday night, according to a preliminary crash report from the Texas Department of Public Safety. Ramos, and two of her passengers, Cissy L. Ramos and Adalynn R. Muniz, 7, died in the collision. Two other passengers, 9 and 12 year old siblings Kolbie and Keelie Ramos, were taken to Hendrick Medical Center with critical injuries.
The crash remains under DPS investigation.
