Ray Ray honors lost loved ones to COVID-19 especially frontline healthcare workers with the holiday tune “I’ll Be Missing You” featuring Aisha.
The singer wanted to spread hope this holiday season after many months of the COVID-19 pandemic.
“We wanted to do something for the doctors and nurses to honor them,” Ray Ray tells Tejano Nation. “You know, there’s going to be a lot of doctors and nurses ain’t going to be here for Christmas. They are our new heroes”
Ray Ray knew that he wanted Aisha to add her sultry voice to the song. “As soon as I was writing it I automatically thought of her,” he said. “We do a lot of projects together and I knew I wanted Aisha to be doing that part.”
“The doctors and nurses and everybody in the medical field, this is for them,” he added. “They are our heroes, saving our lives as we go into the hospitals and we really appreciate them.”
“I’ll Be Missing You” featuring Aisha will be a part of Ray Ray’s upcoming album 2020 Es Mi Tiempo scheduled to be released before the end of the year.
