Destiny Navaira released the second single and official music video for the title track from her highly-anticipated solo album, “La Preferida” (The Preferred One), on Sept. 20.
“I wrote it coming from a very deep place and I’m so excited for you guys to hear it,” Navaira said about the song in a video posted to social media.
The visual showcases the songstress wearing a beautiful red dress and flower crown in sandy hills belting out the track co-written by Latin Grammy winner Juan Trevino.
This latest release is the follow-up to “Inolvidable” (Unforgettable) which was a huge success for the next generation of the Navaira musical family, she’s the daughter of Raulito Navaira and niece of late superstar Emilio Navaira.
No official release date has been announced for “La Preferida” album as of yet but should be released soon.
“I’m really excited about the music that’s going to come out, the videos that you haven’t seen,” she said. “We’ve got so much coming up that I’m going to announce soon.”
