Andres Salgado brings a fun summer party vibe for the official music video for his latest single “A Mover el Bote,” released on Thursday (July 11).

The video, directed by Michael Salgado, Jr, features Andres and friends partying it up by the pool with cameos from his father Michael Salgado, uncle Ernie Salgado and Zurdo Records labelmate Magali Delarosa.

“A Mover el Bote” was also recorded by Michael Salgado in 1999 and now by his son 20 years later.

“It’s kind of full circle now with my son and we’re really proud as far as the way the production came out,” Michael told Tejano Nation. “It’s going to make the people dance.”

Andres told Tejano Nation what fans could expect from his music style, “Some of my music is more towards California style, more Regional Mexicano,” he said. “But as far as this one, ‘A Mover el Bote’ is more Norteno kind of like my dad’s style but I’m kind of putting my own little twist to it.”

“A Mover el Bote” is available now at digital music platforms.
