Grupo Zamorales are set to release a new album this summer and it will be the debut album with their new record label Good-i Music.
“We just finished recording the newest album, which we’re very excited about,” said Jose Zamora Jr, lead vocalist for Zamorales, told Tejano Nation radio affiliate Fierro 107.5 HD2 in a recent interview. “It’s in the process of getting mixed and mastered right now and that’s going to be the first thing under Good-i Music. Expect something new in about a month and a half, más o menos (more or less).”
Good-i Music is the record label formed by two-time Grammy-winning group Intocable in 2010 as they decided to continue to express their love for production and music in their own unique way.
Zamora spoke about working with Ricky Muñoz of Intocable on the new album for Zamorales in the radio interview.
“The thing with Ricky is, his first love is music, he knows what he wants,” Zamora said. “Him and the band Intocable have been the leaders in this type of music for many years, everybody tries to follow what they do. They actually try to stay to true to what their feeling they want to do and portrays behind their music, and I think that’s the goal for everybody. Try to make music that you feel comes from the heart and people will enjoy it if it comes from the heart.”
The history of Good-i Music goes back to Intocable, who is a recording artist that had no intentions of recording under the pressures of a record label forcing them to release material they wouldn’t be happy with releasing.
