Jonny Ramirez entertained many Tejano music fans as the morning show host at KXTN for over 20 years, until he was released from the San Antonio radio station in October 2015.
Now, the longtime Tejano radio personality, who was a true San Antonio treasure and one of the city’s most beloved celebrities, spoke about his untimely departure in an exclusive interview with the Cruz Control with A.C. Cruz Behind The Mic podcast.
El Jonne also reminisced about his long radio career, his philanthropy work with many children’s charities and so much more.
He currently adds his unique style of radio fun to Fierro 107.5 HD2’s morning show in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, teaming once again with his former KXTN morning partner J.D. “Bo Leo” Gonzalez.
