Grupo Atento have released their debut single “Creiste.”

The band was formed in January 2018 by former Zamorales member Arturo “Tury” Solis and vocalist Roel Nava.  Atento features some of the best musicians from Laredo, Texas, including Solis as percussionist and vocalist, Nava as lead vocalist and bajo sexto player, drummer Jerry Arreola, bassist Anthony Castillo and accordionist Raymond Castillo.

“It’s always nerve wrecking to start anything new in your life, Solis said. “As I look to my side and then again in front of and see the guys who have formed Atento.  I’m confident that we made the right decision.”

“Creiste” was written by Nava and is a great debut from the group that plans to captivate listeners with music that can relate to everyone.

“As we play on stage, and record our albums in the studio, our goal is to captivate our fans from the first note, and hope they can relate to our music, whether it helps them through a breakup or gives them the confidence to achieve their dreams,” the band said in a press release.
