After a video of Beatriz Gonzalez singing “Los Laureles” at a San Antonio restaurant went viral with over 3.5 million views in 2017, the singer released an official music video of the classic mariachi track on Thursday (Jan. 18).
Gonzalez was captured singing an impromptu performance of the classic hit, made famous by Linda Ronstadt from her 1987 album Canciones de Mi Padre, at the famous San Antonio eatery Mi Tierra in October 2017.
Now, the singer has officially released the song for her fans to enjoy, along with the official music video featuring Gonzalez singing her soulful rendition of the popular ranchera that has been recorded by many artists.
“Los Laureles” is available for download now at all major digital platforms, including the Tejano Nation Amazon MP3 store.
