Savannah Votion involved in car accident, updates fans on injury

Singer Savannah Votion was involved in an auto accident on Wednesday (March 15) in San Antonio, according to a report.

The former American Idol contestant updated fans on her health status after news of the accident spread throughout social media.

“Thank you everyone for all the prayers,” Votion posted on her personal Facebook page. “I’m ok I just have inflammation on my spine and I’m under some meds due to the inflammation.. bed rest…will still be making my appearances at all gigs.”

The singer didn’t release any details of the accident.

Votion, who is also a part of the all girl quartet Chikka, plans to release her latest solo album , Diva Del Fuego, during Fan Fair 2017.
