Jaime Y Los Chamacos to collaborate with DJ Kane for upcoming album

VMB Music Group artist Jaime Y Los Chamacos are currently in the studio working on the follow up to their award winning album, Born To Bad, and it will feature a collaboration with DJ Kane.

DJ Kane, the former Kumbia Kings vocalist, now with Mi Stereo, told Tejano Nation radio affiliate about the upcoming collabo during an interview on Monday (Feb. 27).

“I just got out the studio, at Gibby Velasquez’s studio, and I did a song with Jaime Y Los Chamacos,” DJ Kane told Johnny Chanklas¬†and La Chiflada Helena from TrodownMixx. “He called me, maybe, like a week ago and he was like, ‘Yo, DJ can you get on this song with me and throw your little spice on it.’ I was like, yeah, for sure…It’s a wrap from there, let’s see what happens when it comes out. It’s a pretty good song too, very nice cumbia.”

Jaime DeAnda confirmed the collaboration with the crooner for the upcoming disc.

“I want to thank DJ Kane for doing an awesome job. Wait til you guys hear it, he rocked it, he kicked butt on it,” DeAnda told TrodownMixx. “Just want to let all our fans know, there’s a lot of new stuff coming out from Jaime Y Los Chamacos, appreciate your support and look out for it.”

No release date was announced for the collaboration or upcoming album, but Tejano Nation will have the latest details when it becomes available.
