Megan Chapa debuts ‘Sueños Inquebrantables’ in Top 10 on iTunes Latin Albums chart

Mazmorra Records artist Megan Chapa released her sophomore album, Sueños Inquebrantables, to all digital retailers on Monday (Jan. 16), and 24 hours later it debuted in the Top 10 of the iTunes Latin Albums chart.

According to PopVortex.com, a website that tracks the latest iTunes top albums and singles sales, Chapa’s Sueños Inquebrantables sits at Number 10 on the iTunes Latin Albums chart as of 12:40 a.m. on Tuesday, January 17, 2017.

The album from the 2016 Tejano Music Awards Best New Female nominee features 10 tracks, including the hit single “Viveme”, a cover of the 2004 hit from Italian pop singer and songwriter Laura Pausini.

“Megan has an undeniable talent,” said Roland Sabedra, Mazmorra Records head of Public Relations. “She brings a style to her music that no one else is doing.”

After the success of her debut album Mi Diario with the hit singles “La Otra”, “No La Voy Hacer” and “Ella O Yo,” Chapa is poised to become a huge star in the Tejano music scene.

“I have worked with many artist though out my career, have seen lots of talent, but it takes a particular talent, an angel on your shoulder, a star that follows you around, to set you apart from the rest,” said Richard Rosales, Chapa’s manager and CEO of Mazmorra Records. “Megan shows all these aspects and I am looking forward to see what the future holds for her and her great talent.”
