The legendary Tortilla Factory returns to its roots of San Angelo for an album release party bringing together some of Tejano’s legendary artists to celebrate the latest album from Tortilla Factory.  “El Charro Negro” Bobby Butler, “Little Miss Dynamite” Shelly Lares, “The Charanga King” Hugo Guerrero, Grammy Award winner Wild Bill Perkins, Ralph Saenz and many more invited guests.

ortilla Factory founder Tony “Ham” Guerrero began his musical journey in San Angelo in 1973. The trumpeter built the Grammy nominated band on red-hot rhythms, white-rock influence, and brassy Tejano melodies into one explosive sound.  After his death in January of 2011 from diabetes, his son, Alfredo Antonio Guerrero, inherited the leadership role of the band expanding it’s sound to a type of urban Tejano.

Urban Tejano is name of the band’s latest album, released on March 25, and now Tortilla Factory celebrates its release in the town where it all began many years ago with an album release party in San Angelo at Club Amnesia.
