Siggno frontman Jesse Turner posted an update on his son Jacob’s condition, three weeks after 21-year-old was critically injured in an auto accident.

“He is stable and has a long road ahead of him.” Turner posted on his Facebook page on Monday. “This has been so heavy in our hearts, yet we are hopeful. We wanted thank you once again for all your prayers, for all your love and support. Our faith is strong and now we just have to be patient. Prayers to all of you that are going through a difficult time….God is amazing and he loves all of us the same.”

Jacob Turner, the bass player for Siggno, has been in a coma at a South Texas hospital since crashing his vehicle into a guardrail at a high rate of speed in the early morning hours of February 8 in Harlingen, according to witnesses. The collision caused the vehicle to catch fire. Turner was the only person in the vehicle.

Tejano radio stations and fans have held candlelight prayer vigils since the accident to pray for a complete recovery for the musician.
