Tejano RoZe Y La Nueva Sensacion team with J. Angel Cantu for upcoming duet

tejanoroze_cantu_600x300Tejano RoZe Y La Nueva Sensacion have teamed with La Fiebre frontman J. Angel Cantu for an upcoming duet. “Te Quiero A Ti” is set to be released on January 14, 2016, ZMJ Records announced on Thursday (January 7).

The song, written by Cantu, is produced and arranged by ZMJ Records’ Roger Moya, best known for his creative arrangements with former co-worker Chris Leeks of Tejas Records.

The fast rising career of Tejano RoZe has spanned for well over six years with La Nueva Sensacion, and two decades on her own with a handful of bands in the Dallas-Ft. Worth and West Texas areas.

She has been a nominated for Tejano Music Awards’ Best New Female Artist in 2013, and was a member of 2009 Tejano Music Awards winning Tejano Band, Grupo Sueño, out of Dallas, Texas, for eight years. She was awarded 2014 South Texas Conjunto Association Female Vocalist of the Year, and is still reigning.

Grammy nominee Cantu has a successful history of writing and composing music for well known artists, such as Bobby Pulido, Mazz, La Fiebre, Llueve, Marissa Vela, Tejano Highway 281, Los Garza Bros., Esmi Talamantes, and have composed jingles and commercials for Dos Armadillos Tequila.  He has also been the lead vocalist for Tejano Highway 281, Llueve, and is now currently performing with two-time Grammy nominated La Fiebre.
