Miranda gives preview of debut album ‘Joven Nuevo Mexicana’

Tejano newcomer Miranda posted a teaser video showcasing song snippets of her debut album Joven Nuevo Mexicana on Wednesday.

“My 1st CD is OFFICIALLY Finalized!!!! Here is a preview of “Joven Nuevo Mexicana” It will soon be for sale. Hope you all love it! Thanks for all the support I’ll be posting more soon,” the 15-year-old singer from Albuquerque, New Mexico posted on her official Facebook page.

The first single from the album, produced by award-winning hitmaker Gabriel Zavala, is “Diosito Mio” released in July.

“Usually when people hire me to produce, they want a cumbia… But every once in a while they ask for a South Texas, Tejano/Conjunto foot-stomping Ranchera! Thats exactly what Miranda asked for and I jumped at the chance,” Zavala said recently.
