Jimmy Gonzalez and Elida Reyna plan special surprise for 2015 Tejano Music National Convention

LAS VEGAS – Jimmy Gonzalez Y Grupo Mazz and Elida Reyna Y Avante will be closing out the 2015 Tejano Music National Convention on Saturday night with a special surprise, Freddie Records announced on Friday.

The legendary record label posted the following on their official Facebook page.

“JIMMY GONZALEZ Y GRUPO MAZZ and ELIDA REYNA Y AVANTE will be closing out the big show and dance tomorrow night at the Tejano Music National Convention being held at the Westgate Hotel in Las Vegas. Lots of fans from all over the country are traveling into Vegas for this incredible show. A very special surprise is happening during tomorrow night’s performance. More details to come.”

We can’t wait to see what surprise is in store for Tejano music fans in Vegas on Saturday night.

In related news, Elida Y Avante were in Freddie Records’ Legends Sounds Studios this past week nearing completion on their much-anticipated new album. Elida was working on vocal parts while other band members were recording final overdubs before heading out to Las Vegas for the Tejano Music National Convention.
