
SAN ANTONIO – Tejano music fans and the genre’s biggest stars honored fallen Tejano singer Selena Quintanilla-Perez at the KXTN 20th Anniversary candelight vigil on Tuesday night in San Antonio.
Selena was killed by her fan club president on March 31, 1995 in Corpus Christi and fans of the “Queen Of Tejano Music” paid tribute to her Tuesday night at Univision Studios on the 20th anniversary of her death.
Selena’s husband, Chris Perez, and Tejano artists Stefani, Shelly Lares, Ricky Valenz, Di Marie and more also honored the slain superstar at the event hosted by KXTN morning host Jonny Ramirez.
