Festival Chicano Features Star-Studded Lineup For 46th Annual Celebration In Houston

Free cultural event showcases Tejano, Conjunto, Mariachi, and more with livestreamed performance

HOUSTON, TX — The 46th annual Festival Chicano is set to return October 2–4 at Miller Outdoor Theatre, bringing three nights of music, heritage, and community to one of the oldest and longest-running free cultural events of its kind in the world.

The festival continues its tradition of celebrating the richness of Chicano music, showcasing genres ranging from Tejano and conjunto to mariachi and orquesta. For nearly five decades, Festival Chicano has honored generations of artists whose music carries a truly unique and original American sound.

This year’s lineup includes some of the biggest names in Chicano music:

Thursday, October 2

Friday, October 3 (Performance also live-streamed)

Saturday, October 4

All performances are free and begin at 7 p.m. Covered seating tickets are available online at MillerOutdoorTheatre.com or at the box office on the day of each show, with seating distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Festival Chicano remains not just a concert series, but a cultural celebration of identity, music, and community. With its mix of legendary acts and rising stars, the 46th edition promises to be another unforgettable chapter in Houston’s proud cultural history.
