LAS VEGAS, NV — Rising Tejano star Veronica La Consentida has joined forces with Tejano powerhouse Chente Barrera for a brand-new duet, “Ritmo De Amor,” a song that blends romance, energy, and the unmistakable heartbeat of Tejano music.
The collaboration marks a unique pairing of two voices from different stages of the Tejano scene—Veronica, who is pioneering the sound in Las Vegas with a fresh new generation of fans, and Barrera, a decorated legend celebrated for his dedication to preserving Tejano’s deep roots.
Produced by Frank “Panchito” Villarreal and recorded at Javi’s Studio in San Antonio, Texas, the track was written by Rene de la Cerda Jr., Francisco Villarreal, and Eva Carolina Davis. The song’s heartfelt lyrics and dynamic melodies allow both artists to shine while creating undeniable chemistry between their vocals.
“I always dreamed of singing a duet with a legend in the Tejano industry — and that dream has finally come true. I am beyond honored and deeply grateful for this incredible opportunity,” Veronica shared.
More than just a duet, “Ritmo De Amor” represents a cultural bridge. Veronica’s Vegas flair meets Chente’s decades of artistry, delivering a powerful celebration of love, rhythm, and the unifying spirit of Tejano music. The single is available now on all major streaming platforms and for request on radio stations nationwide.
