Bo Corona, one of the most beloved voices in Tejano radio, is bringing his signature style and passion for Tejano music to even more listeners across Texas. Universal Media Connections announced that The Bo Corona Show will debut on U102.3 FM KUVA in Uvalde and Mega 94.3 FM KHER in Crystal City/Eagle Pass, starting Monday, July 7th, for afternoon drive-time.
Universal Media Connections owner Cynthia Rankin expressed her enthusiasm for the addition, stating, “He makes radio fun, plus he loves his Tejano music and that connects with the listeners.” The move further cements Bo Corona’s growing influence across the Lone Star State.
With over 30 years of radio experience, Bo Corona has been a fixture on some of Texas’ most influential stations, including KPRR-FM El Paso, KTFM-FM San Antonio, KXTJ-FM and KQQK-FM Houston. He was also instrumental in launching KXTN-FM (now KVBH-FM) in San Antonio, where he anchored the morning show.
Dubbed the “Most Listened to Tejano Radio DJ in Texas,” Bo Corona’s show is already a staple in cities like Houston (Fierro 101.1 HD2), Dallas (107.5 HD2), the Rio Grande Valley (Super Tejano 102.7), Victoria (Klub Tejano 106.9), Midland-Odessa (Raza 105.9), and San Angelo (Q99.5). Known for his high energy, charisma, and deep connection with the community, Bo Corona blends music, artist interviews, and celebrations of Tejano culture in every broadcast.
