MIAMI — The highly anticipated 37th edition of Premio Lo Nuestro is set to dazzle fans around the world with an unforgettable celebration of Latin music at the Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida, on Thursday, February 20, 2025. Hosted by global icons Laura Pausini, Thalía, and Alejandra Espinoza, this year’s show promises electrifying performances, star-studded collaborations, and a tribute to songs that unite generations.
Kicking off with the pre-show “Noche de Estrellas” at 7 p.m. ET, the magenta carpet will welcome top stars from music, television, and digital platforms, including performances from Mari La Carajita, DND, Manny Cruz, and Aramis Camilo. Fans can tune in to the festivities live on Univision, UNIMÁS, and Galavisión, or stream the event via ViX.
At 8 p.m. ET, the main show will begin, paying tribute to the rich history of Latin music through performances from the biggest names in the industry, such as Alejandro Fernández, Shakira, Camilo, Marc Anthony, Becky G, Grupo Frontera, and many more. A thrilling mix of genres—urban, pop, tropical, and Mexican music—will be showcased across 44 award categories. The 4.5-hour livestream, which will be available on Univision’s social media platforms, will provide fans with exclusive behind-the-scenes access, interviews, and even some award announcements made live online.
This year, Premio Lo Nuestro will honor legendary figures in Latin music with special awards, including the Excellence Award for Alejandro Fernández and the Lifetime Achievement Award for salsa icon La India. Renowned composer Manuel Alejandro will also be celebrated with the inaugural Visionario de lo Nuestro award, recognizing his lasting impact on Latin music.
Top nominees for the evening include Becky G and Carín León, each with 10 nominations, followed closely by Shakira and Myke Towers with 9. Fans can expect a night full of surprises and unforgettable moments, including an opening act featuring Will Smith and India Martínez, along with DJ Khaled and Thalía.
