Frankie Caballero Jr. recently released his new single, “Esta Navidad,” a beautiful Christmas song featuring some of his fellow Rio Grande Valley artists, including Lonnie and Carlos Gonzales of Los Badd Boyz del Valle, Ruben Medina, Adrian Gutierrez, and Genyva. The song was written by Frankie Caballero Sr. and produced and arranged by Frankie Caballero Jr.
“We are currently working on putting a power team of artists together and starting a new chapter,” Frankie Jr. tells Tejano Nation. “All of the new music that I’m currently working on as well as the team I’m working with has inspired me to do this song with nothing but good vibes. I can’t wait to move forward with it.”
Frankie Caballero Jr, also known as Frankie Jr, was raised in Donna, Texas, a small city in the Rio Grande Valley. Frankie’s father, Frankie Caballero Sr., known to many music fans as the “Accordion Abuser”, introduced him to Tejano music at a young age. Frankie Jr. traveled with his father around Texas, performing with countless artists such as Los Chachos, Grupo Mazz, Bobby Pulido, and Jay Perez, which encouraged him to follow his dream of becoming an artist himself.
“Esta Navidad” by Frankie Caballero Jr. is now available on all digital platforms to add to your Holiday Playlist.
