If you were looking forward to enjoying the Symphonic Music of Selena featuring Isabel Marie Sanchez this Saturday, November 11, at Whataburger Field, we have some bad news for you. The event has been postponed due to uncontrollable circumstances, according to a joint statement from the Corpus Christi Hooks and Corpus Christi Symphony Orchestra.
The statement did not specify the reason for the postponement, but assured that a new date will be announced at a later time. Ticket holders will receive an automatic refund and are asked to please allow three to five business days for the transaction to process. For any questions, please call 361-561-HOOK (4665).
We know this is disappointing for all the fans of Selena and Isabel Marie Sanchez, who was set to perform some of the late singer’s most iconic songs with the accompaniment of the symphony orchestra. The event was expected to be a celebration of Selena’s legacy and a tribute to her musical influence.
We hope that the event will be rescheduled soon and that we can all enjoy the Symphonic Music of Selena in the near future. In the meantime, we can still listen to her songs and remember her spirit.
