2nd Annual Guadalupe Conjunto Awards To Recognize Legends and Showcase Emerging Artists in Houston on June 23-24

The event will recognize the best in Conjunto music over the past year during a ceremony at El Social

HOUSTON, TX — The 2nd annual Guadalupe Productions Conjunto Awards will recognize Conjunto music legends and emerging artists over two nights in Houston this summer.

The official kick-off party is scheduled for Friday, June 23, 2003, at El Social in Houston with performances from JT y Los Criminales, Los Tellez, Tejano Roze, and DJ Lucky J, beginning at 8 p.m.z

The awards in 13 categories will be handed out the following night at the same venue for the 2nd annual Guadalupe Productions Conjunto Awards with scheduled performers Los Ybarra Boys, Los Monarcas, Los Tellez, Conjunto Senzzible, Ramon Lucio, and Conjunto Firme.

Conjunto legends will be recognized including Bernardo Martinez, JJ Los Centellez, Mario Diaz, Pete Dias, Freddy Tellez, George Tellez Sr, Valentine Torres, Johnny Cruz, and Danny O’Balle.

Tickets for the Kick-Off Party are $20.00 at the door on Friday night. 2nd annual Guadalupe Production Conjunto Awards show tickets are $25.00, with the red carpet beginning at 5 p.m.

The Guadalupe Awards was founded in 2018 and is an awards show dedicated to the life and heritage of Guadalupe M. Belmarez, mother of show producer Andrew Belmarez.
