Hilda Lamas brings sass and soul with “Caprichosa,” a catchy new cumbia that showcases the singer’s versatile and powerhouse vocals.
“Caprichosa” was written and arranged by award-winning songwriter Pedro Marroquin and produced by the legendary Rick Garcia for CHR Records.
“This was such a fun song to record,” said Lamas. “It was a huge honor to work with Pedro and Rick in the studio. I hope that everyone enjoys the musical magic.”
“Caprichosa” impacts radio Sunday, December 26, and will be available on all digital music outlets on December 31.
Lamas is a recording artist from Aransas Pass, Texas who has seamlessly transcended genres with her musical catalog including Blues, Soul, R&B, Latin Pop, Conjunto, and now Tejano. Lamas’ most recent project “Blanca Navidad” was a collaboration with “Encanto” actress and singer Adassa.
