La Tejana TikToker, Lexie Rodriguez, caught up with the singer from Laredo as she was wrapping up her guest appearance on Tejano Nation radio affiliate KLMO Tejano 98.9 in San Antonio with “Women of Tejano Wednesday” host Tori E.

“It’s been so great being here in San Antonio, I’ve been so busy meeting a lot of people in the industry, I’m so thankful,” said De La Paz.

During the TikTok interview, Sonja was able to share details on her new full debut album, which is scheduled to be completed by the end of July. She also mentioned the impressive collaboration “Nada De Ti” with Shelly Lares, Monica Saldivar and Demmi Garcia, which is currently climbing the top 20 charts.

“It was amazing, I love my sisters, and everyone’s got their own journey on right now, so we all need to show support to them as well,” she said.
