The song was written by Gabriel Candiani and produced by Conjunto / Tejano Hall of Famer Rick Garcia (Lisa Lopez / Ruben Vela).

“I am excited about this extension of Hilda’s musical journey,” said Garcia, producer and CEO of CHR Records. “We are looking forward to a great many recordings and looking forward to hearing Hilda’s unique interpretation of Conjunto music.”
