Lil Big Kids release their debut single, “Bidi Bidi Bom Bom,” in tribute and in celebration of the birthday of the Queen Of Tejano, Selena Quintanilla-Perez.
The single, a modern, reggaeton version, that features a rap verse by Trey Díaz, will be a part of Lil Big Kids’ debut, full- length project, that will be released later this year, entitled Old School & New School.
The trio is currently preparing to record a video to support the single, later this month. The official video for “Bidi Bidi Bom Bom” will debut in May.
LBK features a trio of talented kids including Trey Díaz (7), Dezzerie Escobar (11) and Ayliany Suazo (10).
Their rendition of one of Selena’s biggest hits is very much a modern twist on a classic, that is sure to be a hit, all it’s own. And what greater tribute to the Queen by a group of youngsters who only know her through her music and weren’t even born to see the legend in action live.
