Pop star Demi Lovato dressed up as Selena Quintanilla-Perez over the weekend, while celebrating Halloween early with some friends. The 25-year-old pop star channeled the legendary late Tejano music icon in Selena’s signature studded plum halter-style, criss-cross, cleavage-baring, bell-bottom jumpsuit.
Lovato posted several photos to her Snapchat account, showing off the look made complete with red lipstick, black wig with bangs, hoop earrings, long white fingernails, and black high heels.
Selena often performed while wearing the same outfit, often sporting a long-sleeve, matching bolero over it, including her performance at the Houston Astrodome in 1995.

If you didn’t know, Lovato’s long time friend Selena Gomez was actually named after the Tejano music icon. Lovato is also good friends with Jennifer Lopez who famously portrayed Selena Quintanilla-Perez in the 1997 film Selena.
