ALICE, Texas – Local businessman Mario Garcia announced on Thursday that his company, MG Communications, LLC, has signed an agreement to manage and run KOPY-FM, Fiesta 92.1, in Alice, Texas.
“We are so excited about the opportunity to come into Alice and help rebuild and grow. Our team will be focused on our listeners and customers, working hard for a stronger Alice community,” said Garcia, President and CEO of MG Communications.
While Tejano will be the focus, The New Fiesta 92.1 will also bring together other genres of music that the Hispanic listener has come to enjoy. Operations Manager and Program Director Teo Peña stated, “Get ready for a radio station that will play all the songs you love. Mariachi, Conjunto, Norteño, Reggaetón. Who knows, we may even throw in a little Country.”
Fiesta 92.1 can be heard online at Fiesta921.com and is available on the Tunein app.
