
If you missed the Elida Y Avante album release party in San Antonio last Friday, then you missed an epic party. The album release party for Mi Época was definitely a night to remember!
The Grammy award-winning group performed to a packed house at Far West Event Center and had fans on their feet all night.
Opening acts included Bree Jimenez, Revo Live Band and Lobo IV.
Elida Y Avante opened up their set with an amazing light show and digital screens which displayed different artists from Celia Cruz, Gloria Estefan, Laura Canales and Selena. The intro video was to convey a message to the fans on how these influential artists left an epic mark in music and how each of them influenced and inspired Elida Y Avante.
While on stage, the singer thanked her family for being present and fans as far as Chicago and Monterrey, Mexico were also on hand to be part of an epic night in Tejano Music.
Their new album has a total of twelve tracks which included their latest single, “Nunca Pasa Nada” along with their critically acclaimed track “Mi Heroe,” which many fans love and connect with on a personal level.
