Ricardo Castillon pays tribute to late singer Juan Gabriel [VIDEO]

Ricardo Castillon paid tribute to late musical icon Juan Gabriel in a video on Monday.  The singer posted a video on his Facebook page playing guitar and singing a Juan Gabriel classic.

“My dream was to someday record a song with Juan Gabriel,” Castillon posted with the video. “My most sincere condolences goes out to all his family and all the fans that loved him so much including me. Rip and sing with the angels in heaven. We will never forget you.”

In the late 1990’s, as lead vocalist of La Diferenzia, Castillon recorded Gabriel’s ballad “Querida” as a ranchera and became a huge hit for the band.
